We offer transfers between the mainland and the Balearic Islands and vice versa. Our driver collects the vehicle, travels with it on the ferry and delivers it personally.
Remember that you will be always in touch with our driver. He will be the only person who will venture to drive your vehicle with the utmost care. You will see that he won't complain!
Available 8,760 hours a year, for whatever you need, even on Sundays the days when we don't attend mass!
We have an insurance policy that covers any possible damage we may cause to your vehicle while in our custody; this cover must be expressly requested in order to be taken out.![]()

We handle our clients' vehicles as if they were our own.

Of course, as well as being up to date with the ITV (MOT), they must also have compulsory insurance with roadside assistance. They must also be in good mechanical condition, including good tyre condition and a sufficient fuel level. The client must be the owner of the vehicle or have explicit legal authorization from the owner to contract the daily policy. No in-laws or friends without papers.
In the event of a breakdown, we will act as usual. We will call the roadside assistance of the vehicle so that it can be towed to the destination indicated. If the vehicle's policy does not cover the transfer or repatriation of the Drive4me assigned driver to their home, these derived expenses will be borne by the client in accordance with the general terms and conditions.
If the accident is a third party's fault, we will fill in the "Agreed Statement of Facts" and notify the roadside assistance as in the previous point. If the accident is our fault, we will also call the roadside assistance to take the vehicle to the assigned repair shop.
If you have taken out our optional daily insurance, it will cover the repair costs under the conditions and excess limits detailed in point 7.
If the date and time of the fine falls within the time frame in which the vehicle was in our custody, you will be able to identify the driver based on the contract signed during the hiring process.
Remember that the contract specifies the exact pick-up and drop-off time of the vehicle.
Bookings must be paid for before the service is carried out. Until paid for, the booking will not be considered as such. No service is confirmed until payment has been made. You can pay by bank transfer, credit/debit card, or in some occasions in cash directly to the driver, upon collection of the vehicle.
We have already told you that this service must be paid before the service is carried out. After receiving the payment, we move to the next stage: purchase of tickets for the transfer and subsequent repatriation of our driver (train, bus, plane, taxi). These types of expenses already issued will not be refundable.You should also bear in mind that we may cancel a service or reservation in the event that the information provided is insufficient, contradictory or erroneous, in such a way as to prevent the correct provision of the service. All of this may be interpreted as a contractual modification, and the client will incur the stipulated cancellation costs.
Conditions of our daily insurance coverage subscribed with the brokerage, applicable in case of an accident due to the driver's fault:

· Vehicle rescue.
Damage
· Damage with excess borne by the client.
· Theft.
· Fire.

If you decide to book our services, we will ask you for a few basic details to draw up the contract. You will then be able to review and digitally sign it completely securely and free of charge, using either your digital certificate or the Autofirma app (which is compatible with the Cl@ve system). The exact time of pick-up and delivery of the vehicle will be specified. A photographic report showing the detailed condition of the vehicle will also be attached.
We are required to do so by the insurance company to validate the coverage, thus avoiding any later misunderstandings.
This service requires precise logistics and here is why:1. Our driver must travel to where the vehicle is located. This entails travel expenses (train, bus, plane, taxi).2. Upon arrival at the destination, the same happens but in reverse: our driver must return to his point of origin.3. For each transport, we manage the subscription of a daily insurance policy with the described coverages.4. Fuel costs and potential tolls are borne by the client. If we need to make a stop to refuel, this amount must be paid.
One of our real clients asked us to pick up his vehicle in Baqueira-Beret and transfer it to Madrid. Our base rate for this case is 250€, plus the justified expenses for the driver's transfer and repatriation (train, bus, plane, taxi).
In this specific case, it was agreed that the driver would travel to Baqueira by taxi (180€). Once the vehicle was delivered in Madrid, he returned to his base via AVE train (40€).
7 hours were invested in this journey. Daily insurance policy not included as standard (50€).The total amounted to 470€ + VAT.
