Yes, it is legally mandatory. The vehicle must have its Compulsory Third-Party Liability Insurance (SOA), valid roadside assistance, and an up-to-date technical inspection (ITV/MOT). It must also be in perfect mechanical condition (including tyres) with sufficient fuel. The service must be authorized directly by the owner. No in-laws or friends.
We will immediately contact the vehicle's own roadside assistance service to arrange a tow truck. If the car's insurance policy does not cover the repatriation or return of the driver assigned by Drive4me to their base, any resulting logistical expenses shall be borne by the client.
It costs you €0. The transport is fully backed by our Professional Liability and Custody insurance policy with AXA Seguros (covering up to €100,000 per vehicle). Although the policy features a €1,000 excess, Drive4me assumes it entirely out of pocket so you do not pay anything for repairs.
Any traffic fines resulting from driving offences during transit will be borne by the driver. You can easily identify the driver before the authorities using the signed transport contract, which specifies the exact pick-up and drop-off times.
Payment must be settled in full in advance to confirm and lock in your booking date, allowing us to purchase the driver's travel tickets. We accept bank transfers, credit/debit cards, or cash paid directly to the driver upon collection.
Yes, but any logistical expenses already incurred for our driver's travel (train, bus, or plane tickets) are strictly non-refundable. Drive4me reserves the right to cancel the service if the vehicle's details are incorrect, applying the agreed cancellation costs.
· Material damage under custody: Guaranteed up to a limit of €100,000 per vehicle (excess fully assumed by us).
· Theft in transit: Sub-limited by the insurance company to a maximum of €10,000.
· High-end or special vehicles: If the market value exceeds €100,000, please contact us before the journey to arrange an extension of coverage.

We will formalise a legally binding transport contract with a secure digital signature. Upon collection, a comprehensive photographic report of the vehicle's condition will be attached. This is a mandatory requirement by AXA To validate coverage and prevent misunderstandings.
The final price includes our base driving rate plus the justified public transport expenses (train, bus, plane, or taxi) required to deploy the driver to the origin and return them from the destination. Fuel and tolls are always borne by the client.
For a transfer from Baqueira to Madrid, we applied a base fee of €250. To this, the driver's travel expenses were added: an outward taxi to Baqueira (€180) and a return high-speed AVE train from Madrid (€40). The total logistical service amounted to €470 + VAT.
